"Forcible sex offenses and incidents of minors drinking and using drugs increased at Oregon State University between 2007 and 2008, but officials charged with reporting those incident say that's partially due to how those crimes are being reported."
"Bob Brown, program coordinator with the OSU Department of Public Safety, was charged with compiling the data for 2007. He said he thought getting case files from Oregon State Police, the campus law enforcement agency, would provide all the necessary stats. But that wasn't quite accurate."
