UF feels prepared if violence erupts

“In the wake of the slayings of three faculty members on the campus at the University of Alabama in Huntsville, officials at the University of Florida say they feel UF would be prepared were a similar incident to erupt at UF.”

“Amy Bishop, a professor at UAH, is accused of shooting six people at a faculty meeting Friday, apparently after getting word that she was being denied tenure. Three faculty members were killed in the incident…”
