Program Description
This program provides financial assistance for the development, expansion, or enhancement of a statewide coalition. The focus of the coalition will be on preventing and reducing the rate of underage alcohol consumption, including binge drinking, among students at institutions of higher education (IHEs), on campuses and in surrounding communities.
